Eugene Dietrich said that it is constantly receiving complaints from citizens: when the repair or cleaning of roads in the daytime, almost instantly transport congestion occurs.

"In particular, such appeals were received from citizens of Bashkiria. During the working visit in Iglinskiy rayon on the section of the highway Ufa — Chelyabinsk Federal highway M-5 "Ural" I was faced with working in the daytime. Since the site only has two lanes for traffic, this has caused serious traffic jams on both directions" — said the Deputy.
