In an interview with TASS Deputy Chairman of the state company "Avtodor" Vadim Yermilov said that in 2019, the organization started to design and planning for construction of high-speed toll road "Moscow–Nizhny Novgorod– Kazan".

Another Deputy Chairman of the Board of the "Avtodor" Georgy Chicherin informs that Supervisory Board of the company has just included the project alignment to the company's financial plan for the years 2019-2021 He said: "the financial plan provides for fully funding this project in the format in which it is approved at the state level".
