According to the hydrometeorological centre of Russia, for last night in the Central region fell to 14 millimeters of rain. In the middle of the day TMS and "Yandex" has evaluated the level of congestion of roads in the capital in seven points.

In Moscow operates snow removal equipment, the public transport schedule has not changed.
