As of the end of February in Moscow there were 14 operators of car-sharing: "Telemobile", "Carousel", "Yandex.Drive", YouDrive, BelkaCar, Anytime, Car5, EasyRide, Rentmee, Carenda, Car4you, Lifcar, TimCar and Carlion. They offer rental cars in many different brands and classes: from budget Lada Grante, Ravon R2 and Hyundai Solaris to the premium Mercedes-Benz and even electric BMW i3. The cost of services varies from 5 to 17 rubles per minute.

The head of the Department of transport and Deputy mayor Maxim Liksutov said that only in January the company increased the fleet of two thousand vehicles: "Due to the fact that the machine short-term rental can be used by multiple drivers in a day, reducing the load on roads and improving the environmental situation in the city".

In December 2017 in the capital was launched car-share "Carousel", whose fleet consists of domestic cars — Lada Granta. The rent is five rubles per minute of waiting — two rubles.
