the Center of the organization of traffic (TSODD) appealed to the Moscow drivers urged to avoid traveling on summer tires. In the night of Friday, the snow fell, so that on slippery road can handle only winter tires.

According to TMS, in the night of 15 January in some districts of Moscow, the snow fell. Although in the near future precipitation is not expected, road conditions still have to go to the summer tires.

the meteorologist reported that in the coming days, night temperature in the capital will drop to -9 degrees Celsius. Even if the road is snow or ice, summer tires in such conditions will feel not the best way: she simply dubeet, which significantly deteriorate the grip.
