The head of Rosavtodor was dismissed for failure of terms of construction of the Central ring

Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has sent today in resignation the head of the state company "Avtodor" Sergei Kelbah "at own will". His successor in this post was his first Deputy for technical policy of the Russian Plushenko.

Previously, a number of leading media predicted the resignation of Mr. Kellbach, as the main reasons for a possible dismissal, stressing on the very serious failure of terms of delivery and dorogaya Central ring road (CRR), which would let them bypass the ring road transit flow and reducing transport and environmental impact directly to the Capital. According to "RBC", the head of Rosavtodor could retire in 2018, but he managed to change the team subordinates, which, however, on a real acceleration of the construction is not affected.

As a result, today, according to "Kommersant", the number of areas is urgently needed in Moscow and Moscow region Central ring road is ready from 0% to 66%. And although, officially, the end of last year the deadline of the Central ring is moved from the end of 2019 in 2020, the individual portions will not be ready until mid-2021, i.e. the outer ring of the Metropolitan region not to be closed until this date.
According to "Vedomosti", Kelbakh will be able to go to work in the Railways.
