In Frankfurt will debut the new Duster 2 for Europe

Until 2019, a new generation will be produced under the Dacia name

The first generation of Dusters under the brand Dacia debuted in December 2009, and a freight car was presented at the Geneva motor show in spring 2010. The Russian debut of a future bestseller in the crossover took place much later, only in 2012.

Seven years later, history repeats itself – the second generation Duster, official photos of which on the media portal of Renault appeared today, and the public debut will take place at the Frankfurt motor show on 14 September, will start selling in Europe under the brand Dacia in the beginning of 2018, but for the markets of Russia, Brazil and other countries where the model is known as the Renault Duster, a beginner will get just by 2019.

The engine range for Dacia Duster, most likely, will not change – it's a turbo 1.2 liter TCe with index a power of 125 HP., and is known to have "classic" naturally aspirated engine 1.6 l (K4M Renault) and upgraded to Euro norms 6 dCi turbodiesel capacity of 1.5 liter capacity of 85 or 110 HP. Drive as now – front or full surcharge, transmission – with 5 or 6 gears or 6-speed "automatic". More detailed information (including, perhaps, about the Russian premiere of the new generation) will appear before the premiere.
