A group of enthusiasts headed by Explorer Peter Gruzdev intends to build a universal version of Lada Largus station wagon for everyday use, as well as automobile tourism and even commercial use. Version Lärgus Käreliä (named here as it is in Finnish) intended to equip a gas strut to the suspension and differential lock.
As the basis of the project was selected Largus R90 with a 1.6-litre motor and "mechanics" in the configuration Luxe or Prestige (at a price of ₽726,4 million), which was uncontested domestic car with seven seats. The tuning package included primarily high plastic roof with side Windows on the tires (overall height is 2 m(!), and the inner – 1.35 m), bi-fuel gasoline and liquid propane 1.8-liter engine, locking differential and automated transmission.
Pendant with pneumostome on Lärgus Käreliä allows you to adjust the ground clearance in the range from 160 up to 220 mm plus the rear disc brake is provided. A list of additional equipment and supplies as extended here, the cargo box, and a mini-kitchen and camping furniture. For full happiness it is planned to build a special multi-function trailer with independent suspension in the gas strut, designed for year-round operation.
