In Ulyanovsk seen a brand new minibus "UAZ"

Technical details of the project are kept secret

"UAZ" has long been planning the expansion of the model range of commercial vehicles, and now photos of one of the new products were in the global network. Images of the van have been published in the community "Ulyanovsk the driver of" the social network "Vkontakte".

At first glance, the car is not like previous models of domestic brands. Yellow van got a fairly small ground clearance. Despite this, the General Director of OOO "UAZ" Vadim Shvetsov said the new model would be of high permeability and will replace the long outdated "Loaf": a story of family UAZ-452 and its followers stretches back to 1965.

The van built on the chassis of "UAZ-Pro". He had borrowed not only the frame but also some exterior parts (in particular lamps) and the front panel of the cabin. Vadim Shvetsov confirmed that will be produced as a rear wheel drive version and the all-wheel drive. The car has a capacity of 14 passengers. Other technical details are not yet announced.

The novelty is presented in a version of the school bus, was prepared for presentation at the meeting on the development of passenger traffic in Russia. It is hoped that this "UAZ" will cost about one million rubles. The first customers will be able to get a new vehicle at the beginning of 2018.
