Presumably the production model in St. Petersburg has already started
The Russian representative office of Korean manufacturer Kia has today issued a message about the imminent debut in Russia front-wheel-drive crossover, "the first in the model range X-Line" and is designed specifically for the domestic market, as stated in a press release.
Most likely, we are talking about the analogue of K2 Cross hatchback, sold in China only in the domestic market. From conventional hatchbacks, the new model will differ increased ground clearance, larger bumpers, protective perimeter plastic inserts under aluminium at the bottom of the bumpers and, most likely, the increased diameter wheels.
Assembly crossover at the plant HMMR in Saint Petersburg or have already begun or will start from day to day.
Looks like the Chinese version of the crossover K2 Cross. Large differences from the Russian version is not expected.
