The authors of the project believe that in the case of adoption, this document will make life easier for some motorists.

forcing them repeatedly to visit the traffic police and the testing laboratory. In addition, the registration of some of the changes expensive.

The new regulation provides for a single appeal to the traffic police. Motorist will need to provide only two documents: the certificate of the manufacturer for additional equipment
and the statement, the Declaration of its installation in the service station. After that, the owner must obtain a certificate of conformity of the vehicle as its design changes in safety requirements, with the result that the traffic police will make a record in PTS and give the new STS.

Provided and a negative variant in which the inspectors of technical supervision you will find any discrepancies. In this case, you must visit the lab to undergo further examination.

Control over observance of this norm will remain the same. If the vehicle was made undocumented changes, the traffic police can issue a fine.
500 rubles. And the case of repeated violation envisaged more severe penalties: administrative detention or the termination of registration of the vehicle.
