The damage from the overload exceeds 1.1 billion rubles per year

Record overload on the Russian roads was 135 tons!

It is now undergoing the 3rd international conference "road transport: challenges and opportunities – 2018". Cargo turnover of Russian transport for 8 months of this year with a 3.2% more than last year (a total of 1,661 billion tkm). The volume of freight transport amounted to 537 281 thousand tons, which is 5 times more, railroads. 

In the first part of the conference by the transport Ministry, Federal road Agency, Rostransnadzor, rador, and other organizations raised the issue of creation to 2024 (2020 years – test  mode) open for users (via personal account) a unified system incorporating both the "Plato" and automatic system mesohabitats of Koirala.

In the second part of the conference, their problems (in particular the establishment of a common register of road carriers) are divided haulers and logistics.
