At the end of 2017 in Russia will come a new generation of Toyota Fortuner

For those who are in the tank (or happen to know), make no mistake – the Fortuner is a simplified analogue of the Toyota Land Cruiser or 4Runner frame on the Hilux platform. The engine lineup of the Fortuner Mk II depending on the market includes inline 4-cylinder turbo diesel with common rail 2.4 liter (150 HP, 2GD-FTV), 2.8 l R4 16V, VGT (177 HP, 1GD-FTV) or 3.0 l (173 HP, 1KD-FTV) and gasoline engines with MPI displacement of 2.7 l (166 HP, 2TR-FE) or a 4.0 l V6 (270 HP, 1GR-FE). Transmission – 6-speed manual gearbox or automatic gearbox. 

Which motors and equipment are in Russia – is still unknown, but in other markets, the SUV can "pack" ornate – finish leather seats, separate climate-control, modern media system connectivity of all things, seven airbags, all the electronic systems of active safety. Size (4795х1855х1835 mm wheelbase – 2750 mm) Fortuner is comparable with the main competitor, the Mitsubishi Pajero Sport. I would venture to suggest that the price level will be well, about two and a half million rubles.
