In 2012, Mercedes-Benz re-launched the family A. If earlier, the compact car company was microvan, then 5 years ago he became a hatchback Golf class, making the competition Audi A3 and BMW 1 Series. Now the manufacturer has almost finished the development of the next generation a new generation A-Class.

According to the British publication AutoExpress, the novelty will debut in March next year at the motor show in Geneva. Meanwhile, information has to be assembled grains. In particular, assumptions about the appearance, you need to build based on photos of a disguised prototype.

Apparently, the front part of the next A-Class will be made in the spirit of the recent concept of A Sedan. Feed "pachyderme" are also significantly transformed, but the profile will retain awareness. Not without changes in the interior: the single display will be replaced two screens, installed in the manner of the E-Class.

Mercedes-Benz A-Class will be built on an updated version of the MFA platform. The car will grow slightly in size, which gives hope for a more spacious cabin. Other technical details are still kept secret. There are only assumptions about the power the top version of the A45 AMG, the two-liter motor which will develop 400 horsepower. Will appear slightly more affordable hot hatch that will compete with the Audi S3: its impact will be approximately 300 "horses". In the slightly longer term, we are waiting for the hybrid variant, and later fully electric.

After the hatch in 2018 will be a new sedan CLA. In 2019 it is worth the wait version of the Shooting Brake, for then arrives and the GLA crossover next generation.
