Chinese brand Qoros presented a concept hybrid car K-EV
The Chinese in collaboration with Koenigsegg make another attempt for the conquest of the market, presenting at the Shanghai concept car Qoros K-EV. The futuristic vehicle on the hybrid propulsion for the creation of which was attracted by an international team of designers and engineers.
Initially there were rumors about that the entire power plant, including electric motors, will be borrowed from the Koenigsegg Regera. After the official show Qoros K-EV manufacturers confirmed the use of the transmission KDD (Koenigsegg Direct Drive) from the Swedish hypercar.
In addition, representatives of the company indicated that the electric part of the hybrid has a working voltage of 800 V, and total output power of the power plant is 1306 HP – of course, not Regera with his 1509 "forces", but 2.6 seconds up to 100 km/h "Chinese" issues. Again, with representatives of the firm. However, no one said, what kind of power the engine actually develops, leaving it for brackets discussion.
Chinese officially announced that the concept will be able to pass on one filling of the tank and fully charged battery as much as 800 km. Initially, the result is impressive, but still only on paper.
Before the official show, in the network was launched teaser of the model, looking at which, many have suggested that the front doors have a complex opening mechanism to open the door to side or up. But after the premiere, everyone saw the "regular" doors – hinged front and sliding rear.
