According to the press service of the far Eastern Federal University (FEFU), the University and "Bakulin motors Group" signed an agreement on the testing of the first unmanned bus "MatrЕshka" on the island of Russian. Signatures under the agreement were delivered in Moscow the Pro-rector on development of the far Eastern Federal University Dmitry Zemtsov and head of the "Bakulin motors of Groups" Alexey Bakulin. The signatories agreed to cooperate in the development of a technology cluster on the island of Russian.

According to representatives of the University: "the University is planned the creation of new laboratories, of unmanned vehicles and systems for their testing on public roads. The preliminary stages of the approvals from all relevant authorities have already been passed".

The first tests of unmanned buses "MatrЕshka" will be held on the campus of the University. The tests will involve graduate students and developers. The first instance of a drone going to run in the Eastern economic forum to be held in FEFU campus from 6 to 7 September 2017.

We will remind, "MatrЕshka" is an Autonomous vehicle of a modular type, developed by SKOLKOVO residents. Thanks to the simple manipulations "MatrЕshka" can quickly turn the bus into a truck or trucks for the needs of utilities. At the time, Alexei Bakulin said that the main advantage of the "drone" MatrЕshka is samebecause software that is built on the principle of a neural network and uses the "vision".

The creators of "MatrЕshka" I hope that I'll be on the world Cup in 2018 to establish mass production of drones to ensure the transportation of guests of the world championship.

It's a shame that in Russia there is still no legal basis and are not set rules to control the movement of unmanned vehicles. That is why the very first test "MatrЕshkи" was conducted in closed areas "SKOLKOVO".

In connection with the launch of the tests on the territory of the University there is hope that it will encourage the Federal government to create a legislative framework for the development and implementation of domestic drones in operation.
