LADA Vesta TCR is the first domestic car built in accordance with the requirements of the class TCR. According to representatives of the LADA Sport ROSNEFT team starting, a racing car built based on the serial Vesta. To participate Vesta TCR will be in the Russian circuit racing series (RTCS) in the most prestigious class of Turing. Tested LADA Vesta TCR on the factory site of "vazovtsev" in Sosnovka the legend of the Russian motor racing's Kirill Ladygin, and the second pilot is Vladimir Sheshenin.

Externally, the car, of course, is reminiscent of the serial Vesta, but from a technological point of view, the model TCR is far from the base car. Naturally, car racing low. LADA Vesta TCR installed special wheels, extended wheel arches, redesigned front bumper in favor of aerodynamics and has developed a splitter. Connoisseurs and fans of touring cars will notice the similarity between Vesta and TCR kit that was employed in the WTCC. But, according to chief designer, many components of this car is unique and was designed from scratch solely to the requirements of the TCR International Series.

The first stage of the RTCS starts on may 14 on the track "Fortress Formidable" in the capital of the Chechen Republic. Let's hope that LADA Vesta TCR will go as good as it looks.
