Car compare with the electric version of the Panamera Sport Turismo
Two weeks ago was a rumour that Porsche finally gives up diesel engines. Although this information is greatly exaggerated in the foreseeable future, the German company seriously undertake the emission reduction of their vehicles. Very soon will be the production version of the Porsche sedan E Mission, which is called the electric "Panamera". And the company will make her cross-universal style of the new Porsche concept Turismo E Mission Cross.
In many ways, this car is close to Mission E, presented in 2015. The new concept is built on the same platform but has a different body type — wagon. In added to this, the manufacturer increased its ground clearance and diluted appearance off-road attributes like edging of unpainted plastic.
When the body length of 4.95 meters concept was 99 mm shorter than the Panamera Sport Turismo. Thus the back part of the body is decorated in a similar style.
Porsche Cross Mission E Turismo uses two electric motors with a total power of over 600 horsepower. Traction battery operates at a voltage of 800 V, which allows quick charge: in just 16 minutes is enough to replenish the supply of energy from 0 to 80 %. Capacity is not specified, however, the reserve must not be more modest 500 kilometers.
Impressive and dynamic performance of the car. Dispersal to first hundred is given Porsche Cross Mission E Turismo in 3.5 seconds, to the second for 12. The maximum speed is not yet declared.
Fortunately, the Porsche Mission E Cross Turismo is not just another beautiful concept, but a real project: production car based on it will be presented in 2019. And in 2020 should start selling it.
