United Credit Bureau (OKB) stated that the auto market in Russia for the past year increased (or rather has recovered after a collapse in the 2014-2015) for the quarter. So, physically it was issued 436,5 thousand loans. As the Russian market of new passenger cars in 2017, according to estimate of Russian Automotive Market Research has grown to 1.45 million, respectively, the share of credit car sales in the General structure of the market (according to EDO) was 30%.


In the rating of Russian regions on the number of car loans are in the lead, quite naturally Moscow (47.5), Moscow oblast (34.9 thousand), St. Petersburg (34.8 thousand), the Republic of Tatarstan (23,8 thousand) and Bashkortostan (19.8 thousand).


But the share of credit car sales on the regional market, respectively, the leader of the Leningrad oblast: when using loans in 2017 this region was purchased 61% of cars. Second place with 50% takes Chukotka (at zero, by the way, the dynamics of increase) and slightly behind him and the Republic of Yakutia (Sakha) with 49%.


Higher dynamics the issue of car loans among Russian regions showed the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania – in 3.5 times. In 2.5 times increased the issuance of loans Evreyskaya AO and almost twice (+93%) – Republic of Ingushetia. For the republics of the North Caucasus in General, was characterized by a sharp increase in purchases of cars in a loan, including the Chechnya (+80%) and Kabardino-Balkaria (+80%).

Average loans grew most in the Altai Republic – on 30%. On second place Respublika Buryatia with+26%, and on third – Kamchatka region +23%. In average Russia, the amount of loans grew by only 9% (which, however, less almost 4 times above the official inflation rate). At this some regions, in contrast, had recorded a reduction in the size of the loan: in the Jewish Autonomous region on 25%, Chukotka AO on 22% the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania is on 17%.
