ASM-holding States - localization failed

Now in the ASM-holding company held the 11th Moscow international forum "auto COMPONENTS 2018"
ASM-holding argues that in the localization program was laid in error and now the real level of localization is twice lower than planned in 60%. Car Assembly plants also fully loaded on 50-60% and if the anti-Russian sanctions will increase, the industry will collapse and there will be a deficit of cars.
