Budget cars will retain their share in any market conditions

Agency Russian Automotive Market Research (RAMR) announced the results of the first half of 2019 on the basis of which prepared the study "Forecast of passenger car market in the years 2019-2024".

In particular, the baseline scenario of the forecast RAMR in 2019 will be sold 1 million 562.9 thousand cars, which is 3.75% less than in 2018.

The most popular class in 2019 will remain the vehicles of class B, whose share could rise to of 39.59%.

By 2024, the share of cars of class B can be 39,61%, i.e. will remain virtually at the same level.

By the way, in 8 months share of class B fell almost as class D, in contrast to the classes and for which the decline was over 20%.

Well, the SUV class in contrast to a disastrous class MPV even slightly increased.
