Sales of new passenger cars in Russia for 8 months amounted to more than a million

According RAMR in January and August 2019 on the Russian market it was sold 1 million of 2.32 million new cars, which is only 1.0% less than in the same period of 2018.
Traditionally, leadership in the market in terms of sales, remains behind the brand LADA, which in the period under review implemented 222,09 thousand passenger cars (+5.2 percent).
Sales of new cars brands KIA and Hyundai, which are also included in the Top 3, decreased by, respectively, 2.9% and 0.6%.
By results of eight months of 2019 sales of the Top 20 regions, which account for 71.1% of the market, was down 1.4%.
