According to the results of mass checks produced this year, it was found that underfill only in the Central Federal district ranged from 50 to 90 ml / 10 litres (the standard – no more than 25 ml). When filling 50 liters underfilling is from 200 to 300 ml (norm – not more than 125 ml).

The Agency also reports that was submitted to the government of the Russian Federation the draft law on negotiable fines (1% of the turnover in the first violation, and 3% in the recurrence – ed.) for underfill of fuel will apply only to gas stations and not for underfilling the tank farms.

The head of the Ministry of industry and trade Denis Manturov said: "even in cases where gas stations have the opportunity to prepare for the exam, underfill found almost 20% of cases".

With the quality of fuel, things are not better. Thus, according to Rosstandart, the standards of fuel quality do not stand up to 8.8% of gas stations (every 11th), tested in less than nine months. So, from 920 filling stations which have been violations of requirements of the technical regulations in part of the physico-chemical parameters of fuel was detected at 81 stations.
