According RAMR over the past two years the age structure of the corporate Park of passenger cars in Russia has changed markedly. While in the Park entities and a rise in the share of the freshest cars aged less than 1 year, however, the average age of the corporate fleet has increased. So, as of January 1, 2016 (2.5 years ago) it was 8.6 years, on 1 January 2018 (six months ago) is already 9.3 years.
The share of the largest segment of the corporate Park of passenger cars aged 2-5 years decreased from 36.6% to 30.5%, while the share of cars aged more than 10 years, on the contrary, increased from 29.6% at the beginning of 2016 to 35.5% at the beginning of the year 2018.
Even with the difficult situation in the domestic economy due to falling oil prices, devaluation of the ruble and introduction of anti-Russian sanctions and a ban from mid-2015 for the purchase of Russian government agencies of imported cars, the dynamics of aging corporate Park is still quite negative, especially given the large-scale government programs to stimulate the market, intensified in 2016-2017
