Brand Chery became the winner of the result of satisfaction survey of car dealers DSI 2018

In the framework of the 6th ROAD Convention, held on April 11-12, 2018, the awarding of the winners among automotive brands according to results of a satisfaction survey of automotive dealers, the so-called DSI 2018. The ceremony was conducted by the head of group on rendering of services to the automotive industry in the CIS analytical Agency EY (formerly known as Ernst & Young) Andrei Tomyshev.

He said: "the survey this year as in the past year has involved a very large number of dealers (598), and the total number of automobile brands was 33 of which 18 passed the 10% barrier".
Methodology survey of dealers was based on the following factors: sales of new cars aftersales sales of used cars, financial relations, maintaining and developing dealer network, advertising and promotion, communication and feedback with dealers. The index takes into account the opinion of the dealers, only those brands voted for by not less than 10% of the dealer networks.
Respectively, to 10 percent barrier only slightly fallen short such brands as Audi and Nissan (on 9,6%).
Support manufacturer sales of new cars Chery in the lead with an index of 4.73 in second place is Skoda indicator of 4.58, while the third Porsche also from 4.58.
In the ranking of the aftermarket led Chery (4,63), Skoda (4,55) and Mitsubishi (4,47).
Support manufacturer sales of pre-owned Mitsubishi was the leader (4,76). Second place went to Skoda (4,73), and the third – Chery (of 4.64).
In the financial relations (the most favorable for dealers) Chery also won with the figure of 4.88. In second place is Mitsubishi from 4.81 and on the third Skoda from 4.6.
In the preservation and development of the dealer network were also the first Chery (4,79), then Mitsubishi (4.76) and Skoda (4,73).
In the ranking of advertising and brand promotion of the championship, Skoda took with the figure 4,6, the place for it took Chery (4,54) and Porsche (4,5).
Rating on communication and feedback was headed by Porsche (5,0). Second place for Skoda (4,73), and the third for Chery (4,71).
Thus, it is easy to notice that in most ratings of the first or leading place was for the brands Chery and Skoda, and Mitsubishi, and took a few Rainham first Porsche didn't win in the overall standings due to snezhkom low sales.
