Mr. Manturov proposes to fine dishonest 1% of revenue for the previous year. The minimum penalty may be set at 500 000. When registering a repeated violation, the penalty will increase to 3% or a minimum of 2 000 000 rubles.

Leading companies in the industry have already expressed their attitude to the incomplete filling. LUKOIL said that the registration of the second underfilling brand breaks the agreement with the franchisee. It is noteworthy that in the case of entry into force of the new law to pay for the violation will be the franchisee, and the franchisor (that is, in this case LUKOIL) will come out unscathed.

not all are optimistic. For example, the head of the Russian fuel Union Evgenie Arkusha believes that instead of increasing the punishment for underfilling at a gas station need to debug the methods of control of their work and conduct unannounced inspections. This increase in fines will not lead to a solution. The same opinion was expressed by analyst of the company "Algorithm Fuel integrator" Victor Kostyukov that refers to unsuccessful past experience when the underfill has already been fined.
