76% of gas stations cheat motorists

Nedolya fuel at the pump is one of the favorite topics for discussion among the drivers. In such situations, to talk about objectivity is not necessary. But the Federation of automobile owners of Russia (HEADLIGHTS) still found that underfilling exists and it is common almost everywhere.

Representatives HEADLIGHT stressed that the audit was conducted in connection with the frequent complaints of car owners. Not to "scare off" by unscrupulous sellers, purchase of fuel was made in the mode checker. To assess using a special method, which allowed us to determine the volume actually poured into the fuel tank.

In total the audit was conducted in 13 subjects of the Russian Federation on 34 stations, 5 of which belong to vertically integrated oil companies (VINK) and 21 to the Federal and regional networks, 8 — K melkozerova and private filling stations. A test vehicle fueled with gasoline AI-92 and AI-95.

If we take for underfilling the difference between paid and actually received by the fuel from 1 %, the deceit of 76 %. In other words, in three of the four cases, the motorist will be deceived. Stunning performance!

Where do you refuel?

In the Federation of Russian car owners shared a portion of the additional statistics that will help to choose the most reliable gas station. Of course, the experts did not mention any specific names of gas stations, but it does not prevent to make certain conclusions.

Thus, among the five vertically integrated oil companies underfill was recorded only in one case. The difference of 1.63 % between paid and actually received fuels can be considered an error. But Federal and large regional network are deceiving in 81 % of cases. They had an average of underfilling made up 4.97 %, and the maximum is as much of 19.03 %! This outrageous case has been recorded in the Krasnodar region. At recalculation it turns out that based on the official rates of 44.7 rubles per liter, and incomplete filling of 19.03 %, the real cost of gasoline AI-95 for the buyer jumped to 55.21 rubles per liter. No comment.

Not better is the situation among miloslavich and private filling stations: they are lying to us all, and the average underfilling even more of 5.66 %. However, there is at least the maximum deception is not exceeded of 8.03 %. Do not add optimism and the fact that laboratory testing of selected gasoline AI-95 has shown that he does not meet the Technical regulations of the Customs Union.

What should I do? Judging by the results of the research, the only way to protect themselves from incomplete filling is the choice of the filling stations of vertically integrated oil companies. Are those brands that not only sell fuel, but also engaged in oil production, processing, geological exploration and so on. The names of these companies all have long known. If the HEADLIGHTS are correct, they almost do not be deceived: the difference was recorded only in one case out of five, and then at the level of accuracy.
