How the Italians will cope with Russian equipment?

Ulyanovsk automobile plant is strongly associated with outdated technology. What at least is "Loaf", which with minimal changes produced more than half a century. But all this did not prevent Uazu to be able to supply its products to Europe.

As announced TASS, the Ulyanovsk factory has passed the audits from the Ministry of transport and infrastructure of Italy and received the approval of type vehicle (cu Tr) for the shipment "UAZ-Pickup". With this document it is possible to begin deliveries of SUVs and other EU countries, without restrictions on the number of machines.

According to the cu Tr certification passed a pickup with a 2.7-liter gasoline engine ZMZ. It is able to run on gasoline and liquefied gas. Moreover, the power unit meets environmental standards Euro-6! This is a surprise. A little "finished" motor "UAZ", needed additional equipment LPG Lovato. It was set in Italy.

In the future, the manufacturer intends to begin delivery of two platform models: "Pros" and "Patriot".

It is noteworthy that the UAZ had been previously set on the Peninsula their products. In the 60-ies of the warm edge off the UAZ-469 and UAZ-450. Then ul'yanovskiy Zavod has collaborated with the company "Marbres" brothers Martorelli.

In some parts of Italy, the Soviet SUV is still in operation in the field of transportation of tourists. It is the ascent of the volcanoes Vesuvius and Etna. Also domestic "crooks" are used for rescue work, geological exploration, shipping, water and food to remote mountain villages.
