An April fool's joke or a natural result?

Lately things Tesla was not very. The company is constantly losing money, but many have become accustomed. Another negative background was the problem with the production Model 3: so-called "production hell", through which Tesla had to go in a few weeks, has now stretched for more than six months. Added to this is the extremely unpleasant news last week: a fatal accident with the Model X, which is not enough that exploded and caught fire, and at the time of the accident was in autopilot mode, and the massive recall of the Model S in history. And now Elon Musk (Elon Musk) announced the bankruptcy of their offspring.

That's what the message was published, Musk tweeted: "Palo Alto, California, April 1, 2018. Despite intensive efforts to raise funds, including the mass selling of Easter eggs, we're sad to report that Tesla is completely bankrupt".

What a jerk: in the background of this horrific state he still kidding! Yeah, it's just an April fool's joke. The Mask didn't stop and posted a picture, which was signed in the following manner: "Elon was found unconscious next to a Tesla Model 3 surrounded by bottles of Teslaquilla, on his cheeks were visible traces of dried tears".

Jokes aside, the rating agencies began to lower the rating of "Tesla". So, experts Moody's downgraded the credit rating of the Tesla and the S&P Global Ratings has revised the rating of debt obligations of the company Ilona Mask to, that is "garbage level". Amid all the leaning problem, the shares of Tesla in the last three weeks slipped by almost 25 %.
