The situation reminds us all the famous Russian carelessness
Many motorists are suspicious to all services, including the official. Word of mouth and pages of the global network are stories about how negligent employees "officials" accidentally forgot to change engine oil during THE next MOT. Or, for example, old oil drained and a new fill forgot. In the next example we are not talking about deliberate or accidental damage to the car, but the situation still turned out very unpleasant.
The problem may seem far-fetched, because in the end, there were no significant financial side of the client. On the other hand, it is not even about a simple car, and the "super-sedan" Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG, though not quite new. The owner drove it in the official dealer service, and then gave the keys to the master clerk. After the client returned, he found traces of melted chocolate in the Cup holder of his car. It would seem, well what a change, you never know when they appear. However, they forced him to view the recordings from the DVR that recorded every action of the technicians as well.
It turned out that the machine was spent just 11 minutes. After that, two mechanics got into the car and went for ice cream. It traces remained in the Cup holder. Another interesting point: during the trip, they called the Manager, who reported that the client left in the trunk of spare parts for IT. Up to this point they have not been recalled, as the staff have not even looked at the order.
For all the work the owner of a performance car paid $ 700, although the service was not even serviced the transmission (at this and come the client). This whole situation may not be surprising, because it is only another evidence of the Russian sloppiness. That's only happened this story is not in Russia, and in Canada.
