Save the planet from overheating, and humanity from destruction neutrinos?

A device the size of a briefcase, working on "space neutrino emission" should replace all the current methods of producing energy

Venture company NEUTRINO ENERGY Group in spring 2015 published theoretical substantiation of possibility of generating energy from the invisible spectra of cosmic radiation. This theory has received indirect confirmation when researchers Takaaki kajita and Arthur McDonald, who managed to prove that the particles neutrinos have mass, although very small (180, 000 times smaller than the electron) won the Nobel prize in physics for the same year.
In 2017, the research group of the University of Chicago are using special detectors to prove that the molecules can be driven by neutrinos. Accordingly, it affirmed the physical premise of the "theory of the neutrino energy".

According to this theory neutrinos as a sort of blades of the wind ES under the influence of wind result in movement of molecules, causing so-called "atomic vibration". Naturally this phenomenon does not occur by itself , but through a particularly dense material, the passage through which neutrinos give part of its kinetic energy. The material is artificial, because in the real nature of neutrinos, piercing anything and everything, including ourselves, with intensity 60 billion per second for every square centimeter of the surface of the Earth, just do not notice.
Now, the NEUTRINO ENERGY Group, according to their assurances, has managed to create a material that is denser than diamond. It consists of several layers of doped graphene and silicon specific nano-thickness, which are applied on a metal material substrate. Penetrating through these layers, the particles of the neutrinos lead to the graphene layers in the vertical oscillation, and particles of silicon in the horizontal. Horizontal movement through resonance is transmitted to the carrier material, which generates electric power. With one sheet of A4 supposedly, you can get the 2.5–3V, but if you put them in batches, the device the size of a briefcase will give 3.5 to 4.5 kWh! We are currently preparing industrial samples of NEUTRINO POWER CUBE® application for use and development of equipment for automatic spraying of coatings on aluminum foil used as carrier material.

If you leave behind all humanitarian (albeit arbitrarily humanist) discourse about saving our planet from overheating and, consequently, civilization from destruction (climate change will cost the lives of at least half a billion earthlings), the bottom line shows up just after the wonders of round – the-clock and year-round source of clean electricity, which is only and do what you use without any harm to the atmosphere. I remember something similar broadcast of the legendary Nikola Tesla, even allegedly showed in 1931, the current electric vehicle at the "collector of cosmic energy". His device was 12 household tubes and moderately long (1.8 m) of the antenna (and remember Strugatsky with their immortal "Tale of the Troika" – inside her neonka). And here has passed already whole epoch in science, but wanting to breed to the public for the new-fangled terms, in this case, graphene (already basically represents a single-atom thickness of the "film" of carbon, so to write about "some nano-thickness" is to do oil oil. Allegedly, on 18 February this year, the energy of the neutrino was "independently" verified by the US Department of energy. Well, then what about it is not sounded for all the world's media, and then not hit the shares of all oil companies, as well as the price of oil and other energy resources? So China just had to cling to this stunning technology that virtually solves all the environmental and economic problems. The feeling that inflated once "hi-tech" bubble, to be sure "shaded" by the authority of the real Nobel prize winners...
P. P. S. Even if a miracle has happened and the "eternal and clean" source of electricity is indeed found, it seems that the problem is warming of the atmosphere and climate change this is not going anywhere, as the size of the energy consumption per capita on the planet at the rate of 14 kW is still not – this is a fundamental limitation. Now the atmosphere is heated and polluting inefficient internal combustion engine (60-70% of the specific energy of the fuel directly heats the atmosphere), but when using the many neutrino generators, even without CO2 emissions and other pollutants, warming will still continue, though perhaps slower. On the other hand, that there are electric cars, there is about interstellar space ships you can think on neutrino fuel!.
