Yesterday Dmitry Medvedev podpisal a government decree, which obliges the Ministry of energy and the Federal Antimonopoly service (FAS) to enter into agreements with oil companies, which would stabilize the retail prices at filling stations. Apparently, this time it's serious: for failure to comply with the agreement, the government threatened to introduce prohibitive export duties on crude oil, which hurt the wallet oil giants. So it is highly unlikely that the end of the year the price at the gas station will actually be recorded. But oil companies have found a loophole. They began to raise prices for corporate clients.

According to the Kommersant the oilers since the spring began to gradually worsen the conditions for corporate fuel cards. First, did "Gazprom Neft", then along the well-trodden path followed by "Rosneft" and "LUKOIL".
