Taxi passengers often complain about drivers (as well as drivers and passengers). In the Moscow city Duma has proposed to use the information to create a "black list taxi drivers". In such a database would be made and information about drivers who constantly cause problems with the customers. The author of the initiative became Deputy Chairman of the Moscow city Duma Commission on security Andrei Shibaev. His vision problems he shared with the Agency urban news "Moscow".

a "Frequent complaints from taxi passengers, in particular women, attacked drivers (taxi - approx. The Agency "Moscow") and aggressive behavior towards citizens. This, of course, is unacceptable. But even more, I resent the fact that taxi operators and aggregators do not always stand up to protect their clients and to shield drivers. I think it's worth to consider the introduction of a "blacklist" of drivers, who after repeated complaints from the people should get a ban for transportation of passengers", — said Mr. Shibaev.

The official said that taxi companies and aggregators should work together to create a "black list". However, there is no information about what to do with these unscrupulous taxi drivers. Judging by the rhetoric of Andrei Shibaeva, they should dismiss or deny a license: only in this case, a single database can be used.

In addition, the Deputy Chairman of the Moscow city Duma Committee on security had proposed mandatory to equip the Moscow taxi video recorders that would have recorded everything that is happening inside the cabin. In General, this initiative should come to mind as decent drivers, and law-abiding passengers: excesses sometimes occur on both sides.
