One of the main problems for the world's automakers at the end of the second decade of the 21st century, in addition to the proverbial "desligada" has become a requirement for the Beijing mandatory quota of production and sales of electric vehicles or hybrids, which in 2019 will be at least 10% from the sale of each brand operating on the 30-million the Chinese market. In 2017 the Chinese market NEV (electric cars batteries, rechargeable hybrids and electric cars with hydrogen fuel cells) steadily overtook the U.S. and became the leading regional market in the international segment of the vehicle with electric drive.
