The magazine "Club 4x4" presented expert award 8 nominations

Today at the loft the art-quarter "ARMA" hosted the award ceremony of the annual professional award "SUV 2019". The only Russian peer award established by the magazine "Club 4x4" (last re-branding) in 2005, has been held 14 times. The event was attended by representatives of leading automotive companies in Russia and journalists of specialized media.

Awards were given to the representatives of the leading brands of SUVs, whose model was selected by the jury of the award

In the voting this year was attended by more than 100 models vnedorojnikov and crossovers that are officially sold in Russia. The nominees were divided into two main groups – SUVs and crossovers, depending on the length of the body and the wheelbase fall into one of six categories: full size (winner of the Toyota Land Cruiser 200), midsize (Toyota Fortuner) and compact (Suzuki Jimny MkIII) SUV and full-size (Mazda CX9, Volvo XC90 and Jeep Grand Cherokee), medium (Skoda Kodiaq) and compact (Subaru XV and Volkswagen Tiguan) crossover. In the seventh category are presented separately pickups: premium (Mercedes-Benz X-class) and basic (Mitsubishi L200 MkVI).
Each year a selection of the best cars to perform two juries: one composed of automotive experts, journalists and bloggers, and other so-called "Big jury" – the entire audience of the magazine "Club 4x4". Independently from each other, they choose the best of the best, and this year's results were presented April 16 at a ceremony in "Armenia".

"The idea of the award was born a long time: we as the oldest specialized published for almost 25 years, decided that it should give its own independent assessment of the market. So for the past 14 years, since 2005, we select the best model and help us in this the experts and readers. Prize – the opportunity to assess the changes in market dynamics. In recent years, the number of brands presented is reduced, some corporations even go away from Russia, and we are watching in connection with this change the preferences of the audience."
