I have focused on natural gas fuel for a long time and traveled a lot of countries that are now leaders in the on this subject, in particular China, the middle East, Europe (Italy, Germany and Austria) and everywhere there is no precedent that without government support, this topic has gone very actively. In all countries, if there is a state program and state support (subsidies), because, unfortunately, the cost of transport to gas fuel is higher than regular fuel. It happened not only in our country but globally and therefore countries compensate for the difference in price of transport on natural gas and traditional fuel. In preparing the programme supports infrastructure development of motor fuel in the amount of ₽175 billion for the period until 2030, including in 2019 is a little – ₽4 billion, but still this is a big deal, as even elementary calculation will allow this year to build hundreds of high-quality modern CNG and in the longer term to increase the network of filling stations up to 1.5 thousand. Therefore, the "Gazprom" is actively involved in the development of this program. In addition, we also allocated its own considerable corporate funding, about ₽10 billion will directly allocate "Gazprom". It is important that the process of introducing natural gas fuel will get support of regions. "Gazprom" already has agreements with many regions of Russia, and this year we have selected two regions as a pilot is in Rostov and Belgorod region. So, five years ago we started an experiment for transfer of its corporate fleet, which amounted to more than 30 thousand natural gas. During these years, the gas was transferred 40% of the Park, so that's only due to the difference in the price of natural gas and traditional liquid fuel savings of the order of ₽3.7 billion and reduced emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere at 100 000 tonnes. Of course, in the Rostov region and the Krasnodar and Stavropol edges have the interest of the privateers with whom we are negotiating. They are ready to build their own gas stations.

In addition, the government has a full opportunity to adopt a new resolution on the restriction of prices for gas fuel, for example, not more than 50% of the retail price of diesel fuel, as it was in Soviet times, when it was decided that gas fuel cannot cost more than 50% of the price then the most common motor petrol A-76 (A-80).
