Two Russian cars show impressive sales growth

Despite the slowdown in sales growth in the passenger car market, AVTOVAZ continues to increase the advantage. According to the latest figures of the Association of European businesses (AEB), in October, the largest Russian producer sold 32 thousand cars, which is 11.8 % more than last year's result.

Bad sign is that growth is slowing: In the first ten months, the growth was higher — at 16.5 %. But there are definitely good for "Lada" news: its implementation continues to grow at a faster pace: the entire passenger car market in October increased by only 8.2 %.

the best-selling model in Russia again became "Vesta": it chose 10 of 668 buyers. It is as much as 61 % higher than a year ago. Second place went to "Grant". It showed comparable result with 10 269 units (+25 %).

But find themselves in third place in the Kia Rio has deteriorated. Demand fell 10 % to 7 899 pieces. The five most popular cars includes two the Korean Hyundai Creta (5 856, -9 %) and Hyundai Solaris (5 399, +6 %).
