In 2018 to the automobile industry will be allocated 10 billion rubles. The money will be borrowed from the reserve Fund. The corresponding order was given by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.

Almost half of this amount (about 4 billion) will be spent on sales promotion in the lease. This part will go to provide discounts to lessees and compensation of lost income of leasing companies. It is expected that under the scheme this year will be sold no less than 15,000 cars.

Concessional loans will be allocated an additional 3 billion rubles. The government expects that this amount will be enough for about 35 500 cars. Manufacturers of CNG vehicles will get 2.5 billion rubles, which will go towards discounts for buyers that prostimulirujte sale about 2 500 cars. In addition, 500 million rubles will accrue to manufacturers in far East Federal district: the money will be used for the transportation of cars produced in other regions of Russia.
