Production of passenger cars in Russia are concentrated in five clusters

According to Russian Automotive Market Research (RAMR), the first half of 2019 with the conveyors of the Russian car descended 772,3 thousand cars, which is 1.6% more than in the first half 2018.
In five regions of Russia – Saint-Petersburg, Samara, Kaliningrad and Kaluga regions and the Republic of Udmurtia collect 84.5% of cars.
Leader in the production of passenger cars in Russia is AVTOVAZ Togliatti (photo on the splash screen), only slightly reduced the production volume in the first half of 2019, by 0.3% to 171,5 thousand Volzhsky automobile giant manufactures cars brands LADA Renault.

In the second place, the plant "Hyundai Motor manufacturing Rus" near St. Petersburg with the index 124,9 thousand cars of brands Hyundai and KIA, which is 3.0% higher than the same period last year.

The third line is Kaliningrad "Avtotor", with pipelines in January-June 2019 fell 116.8 thousand cars (+17.4 per cent), the brands BMW, KIA, Hyundai, Genesis, FAW and Foton.

The best indicator of growth in the first half of the year 2019 belongs to the Kaluga enterprise "PSMA Rus" by 21.5%, producing passenger cars of the brands Citroen, Mitsubishi and Peugeot.
