Of course, the Russian government has found a way out: instead of the official duties on import in our country has long been unofficial. It's called recycling. Originally he was to be paid only by foreign manufacturers, however, under pressure from the WTO had to extend similar requirements to the Russian companies, as well as local plants of foreign brands.

To get out of this situation, the state began to compensate for recycling local producers now provided with industrial subsidies. In 2016, the car recycling fee increased by 65 %: then the decision on its increase was motivated by the devaluation of the ruble, but in fact it was intended to compensate for the reduction of fees. From 1 April 2018 rate collection on some cars increased by 90 %, with an average of 15 %.
