Carlos Ghosn announced another ambitious plan to 2022
18 Sep established in 1999, the Renault Nissan Alliance is officially called the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi with a corresponding change of the official logo. A new corporate logo now three graphic element symbolizing the Franco-Japanese Alliance. In fairness, we note that all the stamps from the Alliance of seven is Renault, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Dacia, Samsung, Alpine and our Russian LADA.
The next 6-year plan 2022 Alliance the new Alliance is more than ambitious – to the indicated time Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi plans to increase its total sales to 14 (!) million cars. Most of the new models will be based on a global platform CMF, it is planned to create 12 completely new cars, 40 cars will get a system of Autonomous driving.
Expected annual synergy effect of about $10 billion, the total number of platforms will be reduced to four, and the total profit for six years have increased by 30%, to $240 billion.
