The head of the Government of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev has held a meeting with Minister of industry and trade of Russian Federation Denis Manturov renewal of programs of preferential loans and preferential leasing.
Dmitry Medvedev noted that in Russia successfully operates a number of programs designed to stimulate sales of Russian cars.
The head of Government stressed: "These programs are targeted for different occasions: either they relate to the acquisition of the first car in the family or so called family car when the family has a large number of children. Also well-proven suggestions on car leasing".

According to Denis Manturov, such as the state program "First car", "Family car" and the program of preferential leasing of cars and trucks (mainly for legal entities) are in high demand.
The head of the Ministry of industry and trade said: "this year has been allocated ₽10.4 billion under the program. We could stimulate the sale of more than 63 thousand cars in the most popular price segments. In January, allowed the automakers to implement inventory last year. Since February launched a concessional lease. With Mar added of the program "Family car" and "First car". Last week we completed the full sample of all funds for this period."

The Minister proposed to resume these programs from 1 July this year, which according to him will help to stimulate the sale of more than 75 thousand vehicles, and business on favorable terms to car leasing.
In the end, Dmitry Medvedev supported the initiative to extend the preferential programs of the government and ordered to provide ₽10 billion to support the market. According to Denis manturova of them ₽6 billion will be spent on concessional lending (ie natural persons) and ₽4 billion – to the program of preferential leasing (legal entities).

PS For the automotive industry of the country (90% of cars, including foreign cars in the country own production) the news is certainly good. However, the "cash stash" in one country, the reserve Fund, where cover its deficit and the pension Fund (PFR), which means a tidy sum anyway, in one fell swoop redistributed from pensioners to businessmen, who can at preferential prices to buy new cars.
