International exhibition-forum "ROADEXPO-2017" in the complex "Crocus Expo" took place on 10 to 13 October

International exhibition-forum "ROADEXPO-2017" in center "Crocus Expo" was held from 10 October 13 United specialists of the road construction industry.

The timing of the exhibition has successfully coincided with this professional Day of workers of road economy. At the same time here summed up, for example, a priority project of the Ministry of transport of Russia "Safe quality roads," carried out in some regions, Astrakhan and Saratov regions, Udmurtia and Chuvash republics.

In the exhibition-forum was attended by 210 companies from 11 countries from force China 34 region of the Russian Federation, who showed their latest research and development, modern equipment and materials used for the full range of road construction works: from geodetic calculations and design to construction and maintenance of roads and structures.

Among others presented their developments in the control equipment, measuring systems and software: "ROSDORNII", "SNPTS rosdortekh, "SKB Stroypribor" and other.

Various types of equipment for construction and maintenance of roads shown are known in their segments of the company like Astec Industries, "Arctic Machine", "BRIZ Stroitelnye Mashiny", "Kominvest-AKMT", "Dormash Group", "Plant of Road machines", "KAMAZ", the "Company Biei VI", "Korrus-Tekh", "Merkator holding", "Steam", "Tverskaya mekhanicheskaya Kompaniya", "Hydrog TDS".

In the framework of the exhibition and forum held a series of round tables for professionals technologies of road asphalt concrete, green building, digital innovation and features winter maintenance of roads.

The most significant import-substituting novelties dorororororo technology presented the company "Kominvest-AKMT", KAMAZ, "Merkator holding" and others.

KAMAZ showed off its most powerful four-axle (8x4) dump truck model К5044 (65801) with a lifting capacity of 33 tons when the full weight of 50 tons. It is equipped with a Cummins engine with a capacity of 428 ISG12E5 HP, meet the norms of Euro-5. The body holds 20 cubic meters of bulk cargo.

Dealers of the American firm Road Dryer showed an interesting unit impressive size loader asphalt mixture SB-2500ex with a 300-horsepower diesel engine Cummins C9 and intermediate bunker in 22.7-MT designed for transportation of hot mix asphalt from the truck to the paver, ensuring a continuity of styling. Conveying capacity – 544 t/h, and its angle of deviation from the center – 50°, the maximum operating speed of 4.8 km/h, and working – 14.5 km/h. the Price of this new unit from $950 000. In an extra set of equipment includes lighting system, spraying, two night vision cameras (front and rear) color monitor with waterproof case pick out rollers.

Another interesting unit from the same machine drying of road surface ROAD DRYER RD-1200 for road surface preparation (dehumidifying from moisture) before laying the asphalt. The machine dries the road with speed of 4.5 to 15 m width of the drained bands from 2.44 to 3,62 m. One stream of air removes the water, and other (with a temperature up to 150°) drying the canvas.
